Greek Vinaigrette Recipe
Use this Greek Vinaigrette recipe with your salad, sprinkle over vegetables and roast in the over, mix with pasta or orzo… the combinations are many.
I use this for our “Greek night” when we make a Greek salad and then any that is left over I will use the next day to roast veggies with. Lots of awesome Greek food to eat during our family game night. I love to do a “themed” meal for these nights and most of the time they tend to fall in the Middle Eastern part of the world. YUM! Fresh and healthy.
If you are looking for some tasty Greek recipes, check out these for your next themed meal with the family (and bookmark as I add more recipes to the site I will list them below too):
Almost all the ingredients should be in your pantry (they were in mine but we hoard spices).
Shopping tips:
- If I don’t have a good sale for olive oil I will buy it at {insert gasp} CostCo or Sam’s Club
- The vinegar I used was cheap per bottle when I used a $1/1 Heinz vinegar coupon at Walmart
- Most of the spices were free since I used them as my “filler item” at Walgreens and used register rewards to cover the transaction
- The mustard was free at Albertson’s {yes, I shopped at some place other than Walmart}
I am not sure how long you can store it as it doesn’t last long enough for me to test it.
