The recipe below is directly from the chef and the measurements are not measurements used for American measurements and I haven’t had a chance to convert them.
- 1 kilo ripe tomatoes
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 kilo butter
- 250 grams of red fruit compote
- 1 -4 pieces of White bread,
- 100 ml butter
- First toast the bread in the whole paninero then cut out pictures at the end broaching toasted bread with clarified butter and ready,
- To assemble the appetizer, join three recipes and ready,,.
