Tomato Puree and Strawberry Butter With Toast

While dining at the Wine Kitchen at the Generations Riviera Maya, there was one dish that I could not get enough of. Surprisingly, it is incredibly simple ingredients to make up an amazing taste, Tomato Puree and Strawberry Butter With Toast.

The recipe below is directly from the chef and the measurements are not measurements used for American measurements and I haven’t had a chance to convert them.

Tomato Puree and Strawberry Butter With Toast

Ingredients

TOMATO PUREE

  • 1 kilo ripe tomatoes
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

STRAWBERRY BUTTER

  • 1 kilo butter
  • 250 grams of red fruit compote

TOAST

  • 1 -4 pieces of White bread,
  • 100 ml butter

Instructions

  1. First toast the bread in the whole paninero then cut out pictures at the end broaching toasted bread with clarified butter and ready,
  2. To assemble the appetizer, join three recipes and ready,,.
